What is Vegnola?

A delicious veggie infused granola with the natural coloring of vegetables made delicious with our unique herb and spice blends.

Is there a lot of sugar in it?

There is not. We do not use any refined sugars and we only use maple syrup to sweeten our granolas. 

Do you use lots of oils like other granolas?

No.  The only oil we use is coconut oil.

Why do you add sulphites?

We do not add sulphites – it is a preservative that is used on dried fruits and coconut.

Does Vegnola contain nuts?

All of our granolas do contain nuts. Our Sweet Potato flavour contains peanuts.  Our Carrot flavour contains almonds and pecans.  Our Beet flavour contains almonds and cashews.

Do you use any other allergens?

The Sweet Potato flavour contains sesame.

Does Vegnola contain any dairy?

No.  All of our granolas are vegan.

Is Vegnola gluten free?

The oats we bake with are not certified gluten-free, so it's possible they could come into contact with gluten-containing ingredients during processing before they arrive at our facility.

How do I eat it?

Use it to top yogurt, soups, salads, ice cream, bread, pancakes, eat it in milk as a cereal, even eat it straight out of the bag.  The possibilities are endless!

How many servings are in a bag?

There are 10-12 servings in every bag.

What is the shelf life?

6 months. If you want it to last longer we recommend freezing it and opening it when ready to eat.  Store it in a cool, dark place and try to eat it within a couple of weeks (once someone else gets their hands on it , itll be gone!)

We are a small batch, locally handmade granola company in the heart of Manitoba, Canada!
