What is Vegnola?

A delicious veggie infused granola with the natural coloring of vegetables made delicious with our unique herb and spice blends.

Is there a lot of sugar in it?

No.  There is very little sugar in our products compared to other granolas on the market.  We do use a small amount of unrefined organic coconut sugar to subtly sweeten our granola.

Do you use lots of oils like other granolas?

No, we use a minimal amount of coconut oil to help with the baking process.

Does Vegnola contain nuts?

All of our granolas contain treenuts and/or peanuts. Our Sweet Potato flavour contains peanuts, our Carrot flavour contains pecans and our Beet flavour contains cashews.

Do you use any other allergens?

Our Sweet Potato flavour contains sesame tahini.

Does Vegnola contain any dairy?

No.  All of our granolas are plant-based and vegan.

Is Vegnola gluten-free?

Yes, we source Canadian gluten-free oats and we ensure none of our other ingredients have come into contact with gluten.

How do I eat it?

Use it to top yogurt, soups, salads, ice cream, bread, muffins, pancakes, eat it in milk as a cereal, even eat it straight out of the bag.  The possibilities are endless!

How many servings are in a bag?

There are 8-10 servings in every bag.

What is the shelf life?

8 months. If you want it to last longer we recommend freezing it and opening it when ready to eat.  Store it in a cool, dark place and try to eat it within a couple of weeks (once someone else gets their hands on it , it'll be gone!)

We are a small batch, locally handmade granola company in the heart of Manitoba, Canada!
